Reviewer Control Panel
Reviewers are automatically invited by the adminstrators to log-in and review documents allocated to them. At this point authors may have the ability access to the application disabled to ensure they do not make changes to their submission whilst reviewing is being conducted.
Sophisticated reviewing functionality allows:
- A reviewer to view the entire list of documents allocated to them
- Joint reviews of papers and abstracts can occur by as many reviewers as required. Abstracts Manager automatically compiles and averages the results
- Reviewing can be configured for blind or normal reviews
- The sophisticated on-line reviewing process allows reviewers to score submissions based on customizable criteria and also with appropriate weighting applied to each criteria
- In addition to viewing and grading, the reviewer may also attach comments for organizing committees to review
- When the reviewing process is completed, authors are automatically informed via e-mail if their submission has been accepted, declined or suggested to be revised and resubmitted
