Important Instructions from the Organizer:

Please follow the prompts to sign-up for an account. Please list the full contact details of the PRESENTING AUTHOR when you create an account. If the abstract is accepted, these are the details that will be included in the conference program. All correspondence will also be sent to the person listed on this page.

Before submitting your abstract, please read the "Author Instructions", available on the program page of the conference website ( or by emailing

In the "Document Title" field, please include the full title of your abstract, all in sentence case.

In the "Summary/Description" field, please copy and paste your entire abstract (excluding title, author names and affiliations). The content of this box is the only thing that will be reviewed. The uploaded version will be used for the Program and Abstract Book, should your abstract be accepted.

Please prepare your uploaded abstract in accordance with the formatting guidelines outlined in the "Author Instructions" and included in the Abstract template.

You will receive automatic email confirmation after you have successfully submitted your abstract. To check that your abstract has been submitted correctly, please click on "Manage Documents". Your abstract should appear under "Submitted Documents". To edit your abstract, please click on the "pencil" icon.
